My parents always told me, my one and only strength was my BIG HEART. And I would say to myself, "What the hell am I going to do with a big heart?" Here is what I have discovered...

I was born to feel through my heart, to feel the individual expression of each Soul. As a young child, I deeply felt all those around me and beyond me. I felt pain, sadness, anger, confusion, joy and happiness in people and situations. Also, my experience and awareness of generational patterns of physical, mental, emotional and substance abuse was a divine gift, for it developed my connection with Spirit and my Soul.

I spent 20+ years developing and understanding myself and others. Through a wide range of spiritual practices and healing modalities, I have deepened and expanded my connection with Spirit. 

I am a channeler of Light Language.  I receive Light codes of information from various Galactic tribes, specifically the PleiadIan's, Gaurdian Angels and Ascended Masters

With my deep understanding of who I am, my strengths and weaknesses, and how I am here to contribute, I continue to develop and expand with Spirit.

It is in this knowing that allows for my service, the Guided Light, to come through me, for you.
