The channeled light is invisible. This light is a higher frequency and carries intelligence. This light frequency transforms and transmutes. It fills the body with peace, love and harmony.

It took years to take form and be revealed. I spent many years healing my own mind, body and spirit, but always had a connection to Spirit. And I have always been drawn to the "spirit world". I have communicated with my Guides/ Soul team for over 20 years.

In 2017, I saw a Shaman and had an unbelievable "rebirth". It was powerful! When my session was done, my senses were heightened and everything around me felt new. The feeling of clothing, the smell in the air, the breeze on my face, the taste of an apple were out of this world. I could see the vibration coming from plants. The cells in my body were functioning at a higher frequency. Also, at this time, I was working with harmonizing EMFs in homes. I could feel the energy shift and would burp uncontrollably and get goosebumps until the energy settled.

In 2018, a bolt of energy come through the top of my head causing a really bad headache at my 3rd eye. At one point, the energy became so strong that it shattered a drinking glass next to me. It was unbelievably powerful and sounds completely insane, I know! I had no idea what happened, so I reached out to energy healers for guidance. I was told it sounded like energy was trying to pass through my body, but my energy body wasn't quite ready for it.

In December 2019, I began meditating every day with the messages from Journey Through Awareness. I increased my practice and was dedicated to surrendering and connecting to Spirit on a deeper level.

January 2020, during one of my meditation sessions, my arms began to move uncontrollably. It was weird!! I kept telling myself to surrender, allow the energy to guide me. Soon, this became a consistent experience and I was recognizing patterns within the movement.

March 2020, my Guides repeatedly told me to ask someone to participate. I finally got the courage to ask a friend to watch and participate. Over the next several months, more and more information would come through as I would practice and expand my awareness. The name Guided Light was not my idea, it was Spirits.

I am grateful to many who have volunteered to receive the Guided Light during its development. Each Soul was a completely different experience and shared what worked and how I could improve this gift for the world. So, as I said at the beginning, it has taken many years to form and to reveal it's powerful gifts!

I believe we all have a power and ability to connect and communicate with energies beyond us. Everything is energy. We all have intuition. We all have Spirit Guides. Some call it God. I am grateful to be a channel of this powerful Light Language and energy, and to assist in increasing the Schumann resonates of Mother Earth by empowering one human at a time.

Every Soul is nothing but divine light and love. Even our shadows and mistakes are a beautiful gift and expression. But as a channel of the Guided Light all I see is the beautiful gift of your Soul. Each Soul I have had the honor of feeling brings me to deep loving tears. All I see is a gift!

I believe there are many forms and delivery systems of healing energy. The Guided Light is a newer concept with amazing results.

The Guided Light sessions are unique for 3 reasons:
1 - Physical, emotion and spiritual energy blocks are transmuted from the body, creating an empty vessel to be infused with a high vibrational Light energy that increases your cellular frequency. It is a combination of releasing and renewing. 

Each session truly is a reminder and reflection of your unique Soul print. All information and directives come from your Soul. It is like no other. 

This is a valuable experience because when you have a deeper awareness of your true essence, all decisions and actions you take, in every moment, are in alignment. This alignment brings you trust, balance, peace, property, and a knowing that you will thrive.

2 - With most energy work, there is a session, and maybe, if you're lucky, a follow up of some kind. In doing these sessions, I discovered that meditations just naturally began to form themselves, as though the Soul was communicating what would assist the work in the session to, ultimately, be embodied. So, those participating in Guided Light sessions receive a personalized guided meditation specifically for your Soul that continues the integration of the Guided Light. Your meditation is unlike any other.

3 -  Guided Light is a forward thinking modality. Humans are coming to understand that there is energy we do not see on a 3rd dimensional level. The Guided Light comes from beyond our physical world, and is here to increase our individual frequencies.
