what is a guided light session?

What to Expect:
Your session is truly unique to your Soul. In preparation for your session, I call in both my Guides and yours to support this co-created sacred space. Through them, an altar is created for you, and I am guided to place items upon it, including sacred gemstones and crystals.
- 15 MINUTES to connect and co-create a sacred space, allow you to select a gemstone to sit in center of your altar for Guided Light channeling and answer questions.
- 25 MINUTES of Guided Light clearing your body and energy of any blocks or low frequency.
- 20 MINUTES of Guided Light filling your body and energy body with increased light frequencies.
- 1 HOUR discussion of the sacred journey both of us took.
- Followup consult within one week of your session (book as a separate appointment on "Appointments" page).
Your Session
- Your Guided Light carries wisdom, directives and guidance.
- This is a co-created sacred space that provides physical, mental, emotional and spiritual clarity.
- Provides an opportunity to see and experience your own divinity, characteristics, and gifts.
- Increases your cellular frequency.
- Activates a knowing of your original state.
- A moment to witness your individual unique expression, which I call your "Soul Print."
